By 10:00 my teammate already smelled as if he´d been on the trail for a few days – and we hadn´t walked anywhere!  ARGHH.  He speaks close to zero english, so building a connection is also not much of a probability.  How am I going to pee at night in a tent with someone I can´t even talk to!!!?

and of course: a big time snorer. So the trip becomes a true adventure. We´re now in Penitentes (2600m) and I´m signing off for now.  No connection for the next 3 days and not sure if or what type of connection I´ll get at base camp.  So use the GPS tracking to follow our progress, and I´ll share the story as soon as I can.
